3. Can you ship my package via J & T Express or other couriers?
Sorry, we only use couriers listed on item #1.
4. How long will the delivery take?
Your orders will be dispatched 24 - 48 hours after payment confirmation for couriers (e.g. Fastrack / LBC).
- Deliveries within Metro Manila takes 2 - 3 days via Fastrack.
- Provincial deliveries via LBC will depend on their specified leadtime. Kindly visit their website for more details on shipping time.
- Same day delivery / personal pick-up is currently not allowed.
5. How do I track my order?
We will provide a tracking number for Fastrack and LBC shipments once your order has been shipped.
6. I haven’t received my shipped order yet! What do I do?
