Refunds
Refunds are accepted once product delivered is proven with defect. Our team will process the refund once ordered item/s are returned unused / good as new with its original packaging.
Refund is processed within 1 - 3 days upon receipt of returned item and after assessment is done.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted once delivered item is with defect or not as ordered. Currently, we do not accept exchanges for size or item exchanges due to ongoing pandemic situation. Kindly refer to our Size Chart prior finalizing your order. You may send us an Instagram DM (@wearpaj) or email (pajsleepwear@gmail.com) for any size concerns prior ordering.
